Description

  • Achieve Daily production as per  production plan
  • On the job training for welder, helper and operator
  • Ensuring good house keeping and safety
  • Ensure good working conditions of all tools, dies, jigs, fixtures etc. placed under your charge.
  • Co-ordinate with maintenance department for machine maintenance/ Breakdown
  • Ensure availability of flow charts, control plans and Work standard for every product and its processes.
  • Interact with all other department heads for continuous improvements in all production activities
  • Continuously improve the capability/capacity and reduce the cycle time to increase productivity 
  • Follow procedure as per IATF 16949:2016 QMS
  • Tool setting to be done on or before 12 mins (SMED concept)
  • To adhere 100% of PM schedule
  • To keep tools always working condition
