• Responsible for end-to-end activities in ATM Cash loading & FLM management
• Responsible for collecting the cash from assigned bank/ Vault as per the Indent issued and
confirmed by the Supervisor
• Responsible for loading the cash in assigned ATMs as per the schedule & Indent instructed by the
supervisor
• Preparation of CBR for each ATMs and Trip Sheet for his route in hard copy and to be submitted to
ATM Executive/Branch on daily basis.
• Responsible to report C3R (Cash, Cassette & Counter Reports), DLR (Daily Loading Report) & MIS on
daily basis / whenever loading happens.
• Responsible to report the supervisor on administrative maintenance of ATMs on day to day basis
• Responsible to administer the assigned ATMs and to attend & close all Top Hatch, First Level
Maintenance (FLM) calls logged by MSPs.
