we have urgent opoenings for Relationship officer in Rural Housing loan - Tamilnadu location

Roles and Responsibilities

Business and Financial Management

  • Achievement in Volume against the target on monthly basis
  • Ensuring healthy portfolio quality by ensuring timely repayment, collections.
  • Ensuring delinquency within the threshold level
  • Insurance Attachment as per policy

Customer Focus

  • Focus on imperfect collateral segment in rural and semi urban area
  • Customer engagement for document completion
  • Attending customer queries & resolution in TAT

People / Team

  • Actively co-ordinate with the Ops, Credit and Customer.
  • Co-ordinate with the concerned teams to ensure closure on disbursal.

Process / Quality Improvement

  • Adherence to Company process on sourcing, disbursement, collection

Sourcing through cold calls, references

Timely log in the cases as per the monthly target

EMI repayment awareness to customer to ensure EMI payment on due date

Focus on imperfect collateral segment

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent local network and local market knowledge
  • Excellent ability to speak, read and write in local language
  • Self driven with go and getter attitude
  • Good understanding of affordable housing market, housing loan product etc
  • Good interpersonal skills Individual should own a bike
  • Minimum 2-3 year in PL/LAP segment
