Maintain the Employee Master Data through Excel and office file.
Reporting the daily labour strength to HOD and Plant Head.
Coordinating with contract supervisor to place the manpower based on the department plan.
Enroll every new entrant including contract labours in the Biometric Attendance machine.
Verify the daily labour strength through Biometric attendance machine.
Maintain and improve the existing factory canteen system and hygiene with available infrastructure.
Maintain and improve the Housekeeping and Garden area through available resources.
Maintain the Staff and Labour company buses through the help of Transport team.
Medical insurance of staffs to be follow-up and renew every year.
Employee Engagement activities to be initiate.
