SALES IT - TELECALLER:
· Being proactive, self-managed with excellent communication skills.
· Previous IT / Technology sales would be highly advantageous.
· Identify, qualify and close new business clients
· Booking appointments
· Creating pipeline
· Closing Sales by telephone
· Achieve set revenue targets on a regular basis
· Generating leads by the means of cold calling setting up C level meetings with decision makers
· Aggressive follow up and closing skills.
· Making a presentation of our services.
· Working towards a yearly Revenue and Order Targets which is monitored weekly and monthly
· Strong problem solving negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Track own lead generation and ensure a healthy sales pipeline through the company CRM system
· Account planning in order to develop new business opportunities within client accounts
· Understand and create competitive pricing based on current costing
· Building strong successful relationships with clients
· Confident communicator via telephone and email correspondence
· Multi language communication would be highly advantageous
· Carrying out research via various channels
· Using LinkedIn and other social media platforms to gain information
· Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
