Daily On line & testing reports to be discussed with Manufacturing Head
Daily Quality Rejection reports with production team with their reasons
Calibration and maintaining all laboratory equipment’s.
Confidentiality about any product recipe is must, if company find anyone sharing
about recipe ,is liable to terminate immediately.
Ensure laboratory neatness with systematic work flow is must.
Ensuring for Plant Hygiene up to 5s.
Hands on with Pvc testings of Upvc/Pvc Door & Window profile is must.
Ensure maintain area wise quality system is must with respective reporting
formats,
Maintain batch cycle time with all batch records about compounding is essential.
Acquire knowledge of all products and process manufactured in plant
Work upon implementation on best practices of Manufacturing.
Monthly lab equipment’s preventive maintains is must.
Ethical behavior is must with all concerns.
