Responsibilities:

Provide engineering support to the sales team, design development, client management, and development
Contract and Project Management of the full project lifecycle from design to completion
Managing operational delivery of the project, ensuring key milestones are met and budget and cost management is maintained
Establish project cost control centers for tracking equipment, material, labor, subcontracts, and miscellaneous costs
Reviewing contracts for their suitability and negotiating with Clients or contractors as required.
Being a key point of contact for the clients, ensuring service levels are met
Produce weekly/monthly project progress reports.
Be responsible for the quality of delivery and final installation.
Responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance using the in-house service team or contractors.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s /Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Sound knowledge of thermal engineering will be an added advantage
3-5 years of experience in Heat Pump / Solar Thermal / HVAC / Waste heat recovery systems
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English, and Tamil (knowing Hindi will be an added advantage)
Excellent organizational skills
Willing to travel across India whenever needed
Solid knowledge of technology, design, and project management
Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
