Description

  • Ensure line and Levels to be taken before starting the execution
  • Machinery to be engaged in proper way to avoid rework
  • Work program for next day machinery and manpower to be given in the evening
  • Labour management to be done for each activity
  • Avoid wastage of material
  • Work to be started in schedule time everyday and progress to be achieved
  • Prepare & Submit DPR to section in charge on daily basis
  • RFI to be given on daily basis
  • Reporting / briefing to in charge for the actual status of work
  • If required any item indent should be raised on same day
  • Monitor & supervise function of all site staff individually
  • Reporting to Sr.Manager/Section Incharge
