Responds to Chats, emails.

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.

Provide prompt and accurate reply to customers

Graduation is not a constraint.

Disciplined, Systematic, Problem solving skills are required.

Immediate joiner or with less than 15 days of notice period.

Flexible for rotational shift (Working hours 10 [9 hours working with 1 hour break])

Willingness to work from office.

Should own a Laptop & wired Broadband connection*
