SALARY: 12 -15K/Month

Bachelor Degree OR Diploma In Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Power Electronics.
2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering, power electronics applications
(Minimum 2 years in electric vehicle domain for Lithium Battery Pack LFP Assembling / development in 2 wheeler applications)
Experienced in Systems approach and well versed in product design and development. Familiar with mechanical and thermal aspects of battery design.
Proficient in working with electronic components used in batteries for Battery Management System (BMS) design & development.
Lithium Battery pack service and design improvements
Proficient in development of protection and diagnostic circuitry in high current power electronics applications
Experienced in log analysis of battery data. Ability to translate observations into specific actionable technical specifications & insights for product development & improvements
Hands-on exposure to battery development including cell selection, characterization, pack design, development, validation, ageing / lifecycles tests, SOC SOH algorithms
Experienced with EMI/ EMC compliant hardware design.
Well versed with standards for traction batteries – automotive battery design, safety & quality. Able to coordinate with certification team for Type approval Certificate.
Documentation skills for the training, process repeatability.
Familiar with ISO26262 for automotive safety
Familiarity with chargers, able to specify requirements for chargers and act as a peer reviewer of charger design In-depth knowledge and experience with automotive engineering development Methods, Processes and Tools. (SDLC, V model, DFMEA, DRBFM basics, problem solving techniques)
Strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, strong communication and understanding ability, execution ability, coordination ability and analysis and problem-solving ability.
