As per preventive maintenance schedule changing the oil in all gear boxes
New machineries erection works.
Motor and pumps preventive maintenance servicing works.
Daily checking the machineries noise, belt and gear drive condition.
Periodically applying grease and oil for all bearing blocks and chain wheels.
Every month motor load amps, noise & body temperature check up, motor starter and control panel checking as per schedule and recording in log book.
Monthly once UPS and Battery condition check up and record in log book.
Cleaning the electrical equipment as per the schedule.
New erection works of the electrical equipment (cable laying, panel board and motor fitting works).
Working as per the Daily electrical check list.
Electrical and mechanical brake down attending works in three shifts.
EB, Gen set operating works.
Shift work record maintaining for the communication.
Check Printing head, UV lamp working condition in all packing machine every shift.
All electrical works inside the plant.
