2.Demonstrate Excellence , in investigating, analyzing and correcting problems in production, quality and control at a supplier location; adroit in defining strategy for supplier quality improvement.

Preparing FMEA, Control plan & process flow diagrams. 5. Initiate the manufacture of position gauges for inspection. SYSTEM HANDLED: 1.7QC Tools. 2. G8D problem resolution report for customer complaints. 3.Kaizen improvement system. 4. POKA-YOKE Error proofing system. 5. Good Manufacture practice (GMP) 6. 5s work place improvement system. 7.Systematic Problem solving INSTRUMENT HANDLING: 1. Co-ordinate measuring machine. 2. Roundness measuring machine 3. Roughness measuring machine 4. Video measurement System. CUSTOMER QUALITY MANAGEMENT: 1.Problem solving through 7 QC tools, PDCA Method, CAPA (8 D), etc. 2.Conducting the Internal system audit,process audit & product audit. 3.Preparation and conducting the MRM 4. Preparation of Internal audit plan & schedule as well as audit NC closing as per the defined frequency. 5. Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for Customer Complaints. 6. Control the processes through spc studies, process qualification & validation, layout inspection. 7.Provide training on ISO/IATF Internal Quality Audit Awarness.
