Mainline responsibility for handling multiple activities in the End-to-End HR function for
the assigned branches
Sourcing and Screening of the Profiles from various job portals like Naukri and also other
Channels like Campus Drives, Institutes, Employee Referrals, and Job Fairs
Short listing the Profiles and briefing about the Job Profile, Package, Organization to the
shortlisted Candidates and issuing offers.
Responsible for admin activities at the assigned branches
Administer the succession planning management process for assigned regions
Access attrition at an early stage and plan recruitment accordingly
Design Employee Engagement activities in the branches
Working close with the stake holders and understanding business requirements and
acting accordingly.
Exit management in the Branches and taking Exit Interviews for all the resigned
candidates.
Maintaining Systematic Database of all Candidates for future use.
Engagement, Statutory compliance, Payroll Input
Conduct Induction & other training sessions post TTT from Head Training
Organize and coordinate training programs
Send invite to participant for training sessions
Issuance of course material
Attendance on a daily basis to be collected and shared
Conduct Feedback & Assessment Sessions
Coordinate for Technical Training logins & also online logins
Drive the progress card and update
Feedback from the MTs on the new joinee (interim & post training session)
