Description

Responsibilities
• Responsible for induvial vertical Annual Profit & Loss.
• Maintaining Cash flow
• Business Development
• Achieving the annual Target
• Reporting Timely & 100 % authenticated information to Management related to projects
• Active participation in Management/customer/vendor meeting
• Licensing with External Associate with approval from Management
• Every Financial year beginning Top Management will fix TARGET for the year
and it is the responsibility of Marketing Team to achieve the target.
• Target will be fixed for Each verticals like EPC, Warehouse & Storage Solutions
& “Material handling & Industrial packaging”. Individual business division has
to take responsibility and achieve the yearly target.
• Each division Marketing Head has to submit detailed Business Plan with month
wise breakup to Top Management based on the fixed target.
• Every month on 25th Head of marketing has to submit list of Customer with
Confirmed Purchase Order.
• Each financial year and also every month, an employee should achieve his /
her monthly and yearly targets.
