Job Description:-
TeleMarketing of logistics service to Exports and import companies.
*Exclusive for female candidates from Madurai.
Job Location: Near to Jayabharath /mallagai / Gladway housing , Avaniapuram Byepass Road , MADURAI,Tamilnadu
Reporting To :- The MD & Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
1)Call to Customers, mainly export & import organizations to sell our services
2)Record keeping of Calls / feed backs from customers.
3)Follow up with prospective customers for account opening
4)Provide online support & service to existing customers for online bookings / account opening.
5)Coordination with Principals for any clarifications from the customer.
6)Call existing and potential customers to inform, influence and sell the company's products and services
7)Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
6)Payment Follow up.
Experience:-Freshers / Prior experience as a telecaller or similar (0-3 years).
Qualification:- Any degree with communication skills in English & Tamil.
