• Marking attendance for the staff by 9.00 a.m and submitting daily attendance report
• Checking the milk register regularly – every day in the morning and evening. Analyse any reduction in milk yield and take necessary action in consultation with Center Head.
• Allotting the work for the workers – by before 9 a.m
• Monitoring the work done by the workers in Goshala, Agricultural land, bio gas maintenance (– daily in the morning and in the evening – why only twice. It should be throughout the day)
• Monitoring the cleanliness of the Goshala – get the Goshala cleaned at least twice daily
• Updating the milk register, cattle feed register, cattle count register, daily work done register, agricultural equipment register, vegetable cultivation register regularly- before Saturday of every week
• Planning for the cultivation based on the season and on approval execute the plan..
• Updating all the activities held in the unit time to time.
