3 to 7 years of experience in IBM BPM/BAW technology
Very strong BPM UI development skills including Javascript/dojo/jQuery (both coach views and
heritage coaches)
Experience with various versions of BPM or heritage coaches in newer versions
Experience with database integration and SQL, able to write complex queries
Detailed experience in integrating external systems with IBM BPM
Experience consuming soap web services (XML, XSL)
Experience with agile scrum methodology
Need to be able to code hands-on in Java atleast some basics.
Should have good communication skills and should be able to directly interact with the customer
