Description

  • Driving customers daily to their desired destinations, maintaining an organized travel schedule
  • Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean, arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary, ensure the EV Auto seats are clean and comfortable for all riders, ensure that the vehicle is always charged and ready for use
  • Follow all traffic laws and drive defensively to ensure safety
  • Accurately follow the correct route, using navigation apps to determine the best route, adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip, opting to a shorter or alternate route in case of traffic congestion
  • Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
  • Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and managing payments (Collect payments and issue receipts)
  • Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs
  • Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest, addressing any client queries related to the journey
  • Maintain a high degree of integrity at all times and in all circumstances
  • Perform all duties in a professional manner which promotes the image, growth, profitability, and success of the company
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with issues related to drivers (private and personal matters), rates, customers, and other proprietary items
  • Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date, maintaining a record of vehicle maintenance receipts
  • Open to working weekends
  • Parking the vehicle properly
  • Informing the company of any accidents or vehicle damage
  • Identifying any mechanical issues in the vehicle
  • Paying tolls when required
  • Reporting to work on time and in complete uniform

• To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s badge license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations for at least one year • Proven experience as a Driver, having a clean driving and medical record • Great customer attitude and attentiveness • Ability to operate a vehicle for 8 hours, ability to drive for extended periods • Strong commitment to safety, complete knowledge of road safety rules and regulations • Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance • Excellent navigational skills, familiarity with the local area, knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods, familiarity GPS tools and Google Maps • Excellent driving skills and road sense • Ability to work for long hours and on weekends • Well-groomed and highly motivated individual • Good time management skills • Ability to offer excellent customer service • Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50) • Availability to occasionally take weekend shifts • A polite and professional disposition, ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
