Job description:
• 0 to 3 years of experience in performing telephone calls to the perspective customers to identify & create collections
• Outbound collection experience starting from prospecting, positive conversion, collection.
• Self-motivated and performance driven individuals with extensive experience in Outbound collection
• Receive & Respond appropriately to telephonic inquiries
• Expertise in planning & conducting focused tele collection and conversion
• Should be good in Qualification of prospects for proposing relevant services
• Preparation of relevant scripts for cold calling (Collection Pitch)
• Building of strong funnel of opportunities
• Must have day to day Reporting culture & escalation of issue to the appropriate to avoid loss of opportunity.
• Should be aggressive, target oriented while chasing & achieving it month on month.
• Strong client-interfacing skills, presentation skills, communication skills are a must & should be able to build relationships with clients
• Should be well versed with the entire collection process
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
