Purpose of the Job:
To provide learn and earn opportunity for Fresher candidates under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) for 12 months’ period. Upon successful completion of assessment at the end of the apprenticeship period, the incumbent will be awarded with a government recognized certificate. And also an opportunity to get confirmed on the rolls of the organization subject to the organization’s discretion based on business requirements and performance.
The most important tasks performed on an individual basis without involving subordinates are
1 - Sourcing and training customers: Apprentice Trainee_GCO is responsible for running street meetings; for maintaining lists of interested customers; and for conducting Compulsory Group Trainings with interested parties
2 - Running required credit checks: Apprentice Trainee_GCO is responsible for filling sourcing sheets of interested customers; for collecting required KYC documents; for conducting cash flow analyses; and for running business and residential CPVs.
3 - Collecting repayments on the field: Apprentice Trainee_GCO is responsible for running weekly center meetings with customers; for ensuring 100% attendance and repayment; and for managing non-repayment by customers
