VMC MACHINE OPERATOR
Knowledge in fanuk control machine and 4th Axis.
Knowledge in G-CODE & M-CODE programming.
Candidates must be able to use gauges and related tools as well as read from drawings and specifications.
Applicable knowledge in New Product Development.
Understand feeds & speeds, fixturing, and handle small tools.
Strong knowledge in NON Standard Product setting & programming knowledge.
CONVENTIONAL LATHE OPERATOR
Read and interpret sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations.
Understand feeds & speeds, fixturing, and handle small tools.
Readings of machining plans and knowledge of different standards and symbols.
Experience in Tool room preferred.
Perform secondary operations as required & Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
M1TR MILLING OPERATOR
Read and interpret sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations.
Understand feeds & speeds, fixturing and setting
Knowledge in DRO mill, boring, drilling & tapping.
Experience in Tool room preferred.
EDM SPARKING MACHINE OPERATOR
Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data to plan and determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, machining parameters, and machining methods and sequences
Knowledge in oscarmax machine programming, fixturing & setting process.
Knowledge in selection of electrode, spark gap & Tool room.
Implement and refine new manufacturing processes
MACHINE FITTER(ASSEMBLY)
Machine knowledge, Accuracy in process of work.
Position, align, and adjust pieces and parts to facilitate assembly, including the use of jigs, fixtures, and other aids
