Ensure all the process is in adherence with the Insurance policies and procedures of Chandra Hyundai & Hyundai Assurance Program (HAP).
To be responsible for handling the II to V years Insurance Renewal of all In-House vehicles through prior intimation of 45 days and follow-up of customers through reminder notice.
Ensure to market Add-On Policies to the customer during Insurance Renewal.
Ensure to verify the customer details with respect to the GDMS and revise the changes if any.
To ensure no deviations occur in the customer appointments, receive cash/cheque from the customer for renewal and provide the temporary receipt on the spot for the payment.
To be responsible for on-time handing over of Policy to the concerned customer without any deviations in the policy details and benefits as expected by the customer.
Ensure to periodically check the policy generation & renewal status in the HAP portal and immediately address the deviations with the necessary support documents.
