DME completed candidates with the below experience knowledge
1.Should have sound knowledge in quality checking of Sheet metal and conventional machines of Mechanical components.
2. Coordination in shop floor (production) for providing in-process inspection coverage in shifts and addressing the quality issues in shifts thru proper communication with Incharges.
2. Dimensional and visual inspection of the final product using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
3. Coordination with customer for clearance of the parts as per Quality assurance plan.
4. Preparation of quality assurance plan as per customer specification and requirement.
5. Inspection report preparation
6. Should have sound knowledge in drawing reading
7. Should have hands on experience for minimum 1 year in relevant field.
