Description

Sales management: Developing and implementing sales strategies, leading sales teams, and reaching sales targets.

Customer relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Policy administration: Overseeing the administration of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Marketing and advertising: Developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies to promote the agency and its products.

Regulatory compliance: Ensuring the agency complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

  1. Staff management: Recruiting, training, and supervising Insurance Sales Person and  managing ISP performance and development.

  2. Business development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow the agency.
