Job Description
1) To physically interact with the customers and understand their experience which would be essential for interpretation and to make decisions.
2) Feedback collection of customers over phone and pushing them to give ratings across online platforms.
2) Maintain NPS tracker
3) Basics of customer service, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
4) Should be able to carry themselves elegantly and reflect the brand values.
5) Should be able to speak English, Tamil and Hindi
