Organizing necessary medical support to children in the Home- Need basis
Solving interpersonal problems arising among children – Need basis
Equipping children to school, with necessary materials and study supervision - Daily
Supporting children from 5.30 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. for morning ablutions, break fast - Daily
Taking care of their break fast and lunch during dining hours - Daily
Guiding children for morning and evening prayers- Daily
Preparing/supporting for children’s school needs – sports, special project works – Need basis
Representing School, as parent for any issues either positive or negative regarding the conduct, discipline, academic performance of children – Daily and Need basis
Conduct activities like Children parliament, Green environment activity, Nilamutram discussions and any other cultural, physical & moral development activities every week
Update daily activities in diary of events - daily
Update Registers and records in the Home daily
Maintain Basic files with necessary personal documents of children need basis
Update progress files – monthly progress report on each child and incidental report on child, whenever a problem or issue or incident occurs for a child and also record the academic progress of the child every 5th of the month
Provide necessary support as and when required for any other essential services in the organization need basis
