Telecallers and Team Leaders for Telecalling Industry

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with previous experience in the telecalling industry to join our team as Telecallers and Team Leaders. Our company specializes in selling insurance policies, jewelry tickets, and auction tickets. Candidates with prior experience in these areas will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers and introducing our products/services
  • Conducting follow-up calls with interested customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Achieving daily and monthly sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the telecalling industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Prior experience in selling insurance policies, jewelry tickets, or auction tickets is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
