Description

  • Monitoring server health and working status.
  • Monitoring daily server backup status.
  • Monitoring router for unwanted device connection status( DHCP, WI-FI).
  • Configuring PC for new comer with OS changes / user profile changes (with basic Required software's).
  • Server user access creation for file sharing and access restriction department /folder wise..
  • Monitoring printer machine for toner status and coordinate with vendor for replacement (toner , drum).
  • Printer calibration for removing noises in printing .
  • server user access creation for file access.
  • Observing client PC Backup weekly.
  • Mail ID creation and configuration for new comer.
  • Maintaining system admin checklist and implementation.
  • Purchasing IT related device (PC, LOPTOP,CCTV,PC Components, electronic device .
  • Fixing daily issues in users PC (Hardware & Software) printers, testing fixtures, label printers, ferrule printer.
  • Monitoring internet connection speed and raising complaints against internet down.
  • Monitoring asset details (PC& LOPTOP).
  • Cracking any required new software and installation with approval.
  • Label & ferrule design customization as per NPD requirement.
  • LAN cable crimping when required to maintain the smooth network .
  • Maintaining the backup files and provide data to access with approval.
  • Administrating network infrastructure & user control.
  • ERP coordination with vendor and internal team.
  • Knowledge to resolve the daily queries in ERP.
