Complete lifecycle of Recruitment
· Determining the strategy and method of sourcing
· Sourcing various candidate positions through appropriate channels
· Initial Screening the profiles based on JD / R&R
· Interview Scheduling
· On Boarding and arranging for Induction Program
· Vendor Sourcing, Negotiating and Recruitment & Empanelment of Vendors
· Experience in Online Job portals & college placement officers and Govt. Employment Exchange
· Supply chain Management sourcing skills from source points
Responsibilities
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
