Description

    • Responsible for timely raising of Indent and procurement of all the materials and consumables required for the work in Coordination with the Purchase department at HO
    • Responsible for minor local purchase with prior approval from PE/ PM
    • Responsible for daily receipt and issue of all store the materials, tools  (Cement, Steel, Bulk Material & all other materials)
    • Responsible to maintain minimum stock level of all materials at store and site
    • Responsible to maintain the 5s system in  site/ store and other material storage yards
    • Responsible for maintenance of all the registers (Inward, Outward, Stock, PIN card, Trip sheet, Indent, GRIN etc.)  & records (PMR, MSR etc.) pertaining to Stores
    • Responsible for verifying  quality and  the measurement/qty  of materials  during the delivery of materials
    • Responsible for maintenance of all the T&P, Equipment, Centering & Scaffolding material etc. in the site
    • Responsible to identify the ideal stock of materials and take necessary steps to use it for any other site.
    • Responsible for preparation and submission of all the reports (Daily, weekly & monthly) pertaining to Stores to HO.
    • Responsible to issue and maintain the records of safety personal productive  equipment’s
