Hiring for Payroll Executive  / Officer / Team Lead/ Manager

Should have a minimum experience of at least 2 years in payroll processing

Immediate joiner is preferred

Role: Executive / Sr. Executive / Team Leader

Job Location: Egmore, Chennai.

Experience: Should have a minimum of 2 years of Payroll experience

Salary: Rs. 17000 – 25000 (Based on your previous experience)

Benefits : ESI + PF + Insurance

Responsibilities:

  • Checking pay sheets and settlements as per the defined SLA.
  • Good Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT.
  • Execution of timely delivery of month-end and statutory reports
  • All processing should be done using the payroll engine and wherever required create provisions for any enhancements
  • Adheres to quality standards and procedures Resolution of Queries as per defined SLA
  • Drafting Letters/documents like Memos, Warning Letters, Charge- sheets, Contract Agreements, and other day-to-day company Notices.
  • Joining Formalities & General Activities- Completion of Joining formalities & Statutory forms Execution of HR policies.
  • Good in communication both verbal and written
  • Excel Knowledge is a mandatory
  • Any graduate with strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn the payroll software application

  • HR Executive – Payroll and Employee Data Management 

Additional Skills


• 2+ years of experience in multi-client payroll processing • Good Communication Skills • Advanced MS Excel skill set
