Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly creative and talented Designer for Creative Works to join our AMS team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and effective visual designs for a variety of marketing and communication materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Design visual elements, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts, for marketing and communication materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website content.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and develop design concepts that meet those objectives.Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all materials.Create and maintain design templates and style guides.Ensure designs are optimized for various digital and print formats and meet technical requirements.Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.Work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Corel Draw) and other design software and tools.Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.Demonstrated ability to develop effective visual designs for a variety of formats and audiences.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of design best practices and trends.
