Experience: 3 - 5 years

 

Designation: HR - Assistant Manager

Work Location: Trichy

Qualification : MBA

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Planning, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisal, Training Learning & Development, Corporate, Grievances.
  • Performance Management, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Compensation Benefits.
  • Undertake recruitment of employees and workers at the plant and ensure adherence to the agreed TAT to fill in vacancies.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to the approved manpower plan.
