Job Summary:
The Supplier Relations Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our company's suppliers. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with suppliers, negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure the highest level of service and quality.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate agreements with suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions for the company.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and pricing requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues related to supplier performance.
Develop and implement supplier performance metrics and scorecards.
Manage supplier risk by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation plans.
Work with suppliers to improve product quality, reduce costs and improve delivery performance.
Identify and recommend new suppliers as needed.
Coordinate and lead supplier meetings and business reviews.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize supplier relationships and drive cost savings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or related field.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Communicate in Tamil, English and Hindi.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
