ROLE - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
DESIGNATION - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Preferred experience - Sheet metal Fabrication industry
Qualification - BE(MECHANICAL)
* Candidates from Tamil Nadu (Except Coimbatore & Chennai) shall apply for this position
Key Skill Sets : Detailed Drawing Study, Customers Handling & Techno-Commercial Exposure , willing to travel as per the needs
BASIC TECHNICAL SKILLS - MANDATORY
1. Drawing Feasibility Study - (Design & Manufacturing) for NPD Parts,
2. In Process Inspection - RM, Stage-wise Process, Finished Part & Outsourcing Components
3. Tooling & Fixture - Development support , Inspection and Part approval
4. Parts - Final inspection & Document preparation
5. FAI-Parts Inspection with all required documents & get approval with Customer
6. Co-ordinating with NPD engineers for parts dispatch
7. Signing of MOM with complete documents (In house and Customer)
8. Handing-over to Regular Team
9. Executing Customer Production Requirements Triggers/SA >
CO-ORDINATING WITH REGULAR TEAM BD & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1. Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the execution of multiple projects
3. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, as per the agreed target-line
4. Day to day, they align projects with customer requirements, construct detailed work plans, manage teams and communicate the result to the customer
5. Good verbal and written communication skills, including MS Office & Internet applications.
