Experience in High Rise Towers, Development Projects and Commercial and Industrial Projects.
Site Execution; Site planning Monitoring, site activities & Coordination.
Good acknowledge of MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD.
Good communicator; skillfully interacts with internal Top Management associates with proper progress reports of given tasks and externally with contractors.
Checking the structural and RCC works for accuracy, dimensions and measurement, as per GFC drawings.
He should have experience of handling RCC Structures. Handling all Projects and site Engineers concerns.
He should have capability to maintain Quality in work, Safety at site, cross verifying Vendor bills, Client Co-ordination.
Manage the planning and implementation of construction projects from start to finish
Attend Meeting with Client, Check Staff Schedule, Prepare Building Survey Report etc.
Pre-planning process such as cost estimations, budgeting, planning, scheduling and tracking of daily activities.
Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating construction project from start to finish according to schedule.
