This role is responsible for effectively adding farms / farmers to the Broiler Integration business. Additionally, the role holder is responsible for coordinating with farmers on a regular basis, take stock of each farm with respect to facilities, farm equipment, bio-security, feed consumption, medicine consumption, and ensure the growth of birds is as per the quality norms set by the organization. Additionally, the role involves guiding the farmers with the good practices, clearing all their queries on breeding, and educating the farmers on the risks involved and benefits of the partnership with IB Group
