We’re looking for a highly skilled U.S IT recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the U.S recruiting for direct clients in a staffing/consulting organization. If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising careers.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages.
  • Recruiting through Internet job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques. 
  • Screening candidates based on resource manager's job description, relevant knowledge and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills. 
  • Regular follow up with the candidate from first Contact till the release of an offer letter to the candidate. 
  • Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits and interviews. 
  • Reference checking for candidates to ensure their authenticity and relevance. 
  • Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database.
  • Source right candidates as per client's requirement.
  • Search resume from different sources like portals, references, social networking sites, groups
  • Conduct initial screenings for skill match and suitability, check work authorization, getting confirmation emails, references check, negotiate pay rate, relocation.
  • Should ensure to revert submit profiles with the quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
  • Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular
  • Maintaining & building the candidate database in Application Tracking Systems

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 7+ years of U.S IT recruitment experience in a staffing organization
  • Experience working with Vendor/direct clients.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search strings
  • Familiarity with job boards, and VMS portals
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and under the pressure of meeting hiring timelines
