Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our execution department. Your role will involve ensuring service quality, maintaining high standards in work, and supervising a team of service partners.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the execution team to ensure quality and effective operations.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to service partners, and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Inspect service locations, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer requests and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of service partners and provide feedback for improvement.
- Enforce safety and security procedures to protect employees.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Prepare reports, research, and schedules as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping department.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, techniques, machines, and deep cleaning materials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standard of service quality.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with partners at all levels.
- Proficient in using software and computer systems.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Flexibility to work
