Job Description – E-commerce Assistant

Qualifications

Graduate degree with excellent written English proficiency

Candidates with a degree in English, Commerce, Business, Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics in will be preferred

Required Experience

0 to 3 years

Salary

Candidates will be recruited as trainees with a stipend of Rs. 8000 per month for a period of 3 months

Candidates will be considered for confirmation at the end of 3 months and final salary will be Rs. 10000 per month.

Job Requirements

A strong analytical and data oriented mindset is required
Conversant with basic office administration tools like word, excel and power point
Conversant with basic image editing tools

Job Roles

The candidate will be responsible for the following

Develop deep interest towards understanding observing products and customer interaction patterns
Handle product catalogues with excellent attention to detail
Write product descriptions and specifications with inputs from team members and management
Understand and carry out business processes required by e-commerce platforms with discipline and diligence.
Appraise team members about anomalies in a timely manner.
Assist in routine office assistance for team members as and when required
Open to work on a wide range of projects and assignments with tasks ranging from coordination, documentation, assisting in trainings, and events.
