Qualifications

Post graduate degree in arts/ basic sciences or graduate degree in engineering with excellent written English proficiency

Candidates with a degree in Commerce or Management will be given preference

 

Required Experience

0 to 3 years

 

Salary

Candidates will be recruited as trainees with a stipend of Rs. 10000 per month for a period of 3 months

Candidates will be considered for confirmation at the end of 3 months and final salary will be Rs. 12000 per month.

 

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate should be passionate about working with rural communities and small businesses at large
  2. A developmental motive is essential
  3. Conversant with basic office administration tools like word, excel and power point

 

Job Roles

The candidate will be responsible for the following

  • Interact with rural individuals to understand their business needs
  • Assist them in structuring their ideas through discussions
  • Provide them inputs obtained from technical advisors from the organisation
  • Finalise detailed business objectives and plan
  • Collect essential business information through interactions with stakeholders, advisors, customers and similar businesses
  • Prepare detailed project report
  • Carry out necessary compliance registrations for starting up businesses
  • Assist in routine office assistance for team members as and when required
  • Open to work on a wide range of projects and assignments with tasks ranging from coordination, documentation, assisting in trainings, and events.
