Job Title: Housekeeping Staff

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. As a member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our facility, ensuring a comfortable and sanitary environment for our guests/clients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and disinfectants.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests or inquiries promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Familiarity with the safe and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
