Ather Space Experience Center (Electric Vehicle Showroom) in Coimbatore Locations is currently seeking Customer Relationship Executives (Male/Female).
We welcome Fresh UG/PG Graduates or candidates with 0-3 years of experience in Customer handling activities. Having a pleasant personality and good communication skills in Tamil and English (verbal) is a fundamental requirement. Candidates should be flexible in carrying out their responsibilities and capable of coordinating with other departments. Basic computer literacy in MS Office is also necessary. Preference will be given to those who can join immediately.

The role of a customer relationship Executive involves making outbound calls to potential customers to promote Ather products. Their primary responsibility is to engage prospects, generate leads, and convert them into customers. Here are the key roles and responsibilities of a Customer relationship Executive:
Outbound Calls: Making a high volume of outbound calls to a predefined list of potential customers.
Customer Outreach: Initiating contact with prospective clients to introduce them to products or services offered by the company.
Product/Service Knowledge: Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the Ather Vehicles being offered to answer customer queries effectively.
Pitching and Sales: Presenting the features and benefits of Ather vehicles in a persuasive manner to generate interest and drive sales.
Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through the course of conversations and documenting relevant information for follow-up.
Relationship Building: Establishing a rapport with Ather customers and maintaining a positive and professional relationship during the call.
Handling Objections: Addressing Ather customer concerns, objections, and hesitations with suitable responses to overcome objections and close the sale.
Follow-up Calls: Making follow-up calls to potential leads or existing Ather customers to maintain interest, nurture relationships, and upsell products/services.
