Primary Requirements:-
· Create and build awareness of the organization or client’s brand to boost the success of marketing campaigns and sales.
· Conduct meeting, presentations, negotiation, with clients to secure business deals and ensuring the marketing materials are used efficiently.
· Achieving individual target in order to accomplish monthly sales goals
· Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
· Identify new business opportunities & potential clients, including schools and other educational institutions.
· Regularly visit customers on-site to develop rapport, understand their requirements, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions and presenting our products to the Educational Institutions.
· Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
· Managing the development of marketing materials for ex: leaflets, flyers, posters, newsletters, magazines, and many others.
SKILLS REQUIRED:-
· Any graduate with 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills and customer orientation.
· Interpersonal skills needed include listening skills, resolution skills, convincing skills, etc.
· Handling the customer in identifying brand awareness.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
· Candidates must be familiar with Kannada or Tamil language
