Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.

  2. Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on project objectives, tasks, and responsibilities. Schedule and conduct regular project meetings, providing status updates and addressing issues.

  3. Task Management: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure tasks are completed on time. Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.

  4. Resource Allocation: Work with project managers to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and support to accomplish project goals.

  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports. Prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.

  6. Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues to project managers and relevant stakeholders.

  7. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards by conducting regular reviews and quality checks.

  8. Change Management: Assist in managing changes to project scope, timelines, and objectives, ensuring proper communication and documentation of changes.

  9. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Maintain clear and open lines of communication to manage expectations and ensure project success.

  10. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing insights and recommendations based on lessons learned from past projects.
