For B2C DCD Module (Driver Cum Delivery)

Every Delivery Partner Should be able to read English
They Should politely interact with customer
Should Hold a Valid LMV License
They need to understand the App and know all the functionalities of the App like
- Start of the trip
- Customer Delivery
- Returns
- Refund
- Cash Collection
- Close of the Trip etc
Every Delivery partner should attend 5-7 days training program without taking any leave. There is no payment during the training days.
If any Delivery partners is absent during the training, then training would be counted from the date of re-joining till next consecutive 5 days.
Once the training is successfully completed and ID is created, they will be provided the full salary. Salary shall be paid in the form of cost per order.
In case a person leaves during training, we are not liable to pay any salary for whatever number of days they did the training for.
After training, once they get the ID, and start getting orders, the DPs are expected to attend regular slots, as per the requirement of the company.
In any case, the DPs will need to give 1 month notice prior to leaving.

For Driver Partner Module

DP Should hold a Valid LMV License
Should Know the Local routes
Basic Knowledge of Operating a smart phone and Apps.
Every Delivery partner should Attend 01-03 days training program without taking any leave. There is no payment during the training days.
After training, once they get the ID, and start getting orders, the DPs are expected to attend regular slots, as per the requirement of the company
In any case, the DPs will need to give 1 month notice prior to leaving.
EVERY DAY CASH COLLECTED TO BE HANDED OVER TO THE TEAM LEADER WITHOUT FAIL, AT THE END OF THE DAY.

OTHER POINTS:

Above all the candidates should be fully vaccinated for Covid.
All the Candidates should have a Smart phone AND data charges will be paid by DP
All candidates should be 18 years and above
Candidates can be of any gender – male or female or neutral gender.
- We can consider even people with disability or special ability, if they have valid DL.
If any delivery partners want to resign, he/she should give 1 month in advance and if he fails so then his/her would not get paid any of his/her dues.
After the notice period Full and final settlement will be done in the next Payment cycle only.
Total 28 working days and 2 days weekly off will be given.
After Three Months’ probation candidates are eligible for PF and ESI.
