Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Collaborate with the Senior Engineers to create more efficient methods and maintain profitability
2. Create the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data
3. Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures
4. Traveling to different sites and gaining practical experience in new work zones.
5. Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships, Observing health and safety guidelines at all times.
6. Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team
7. Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
8. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
