Ather Space Experience Centre (E-Vehicles Showroom) is seeking a Female Tele Calling Executive for Coimbatore (Ramnagar and Peelamedu) Locations. We are looking for graduates with 1-3 years of experience in Customer Care, Tele calling, or Tele Marketing. Proficiency in Tamil and English communication is essential, and knowledge of multiple languages is a valuable asset. Candidates with computer literacy in MS Office are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to customers with telephonic invitations for scheduled service appointments (Service Reminders).
  • Manage service bookings efficiently using DMS and other software tools.
  • Gather and record customer feedback during service appointments for future reference.
  • Follow up with customers after service to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Track, address, and take necessary actions to resolve customer complaints at the dealership.
  • Generate post-sales and post-service customer complaint reports.
  • Ensure that every customer enjoys exceptional service in a friendly and welcoming environment.
  • Cultivate and nurture customer relationships to enhance shop retention.
  • Maintain a service reminder sheet and update the customer database regularly.
  • Communicate with customers regarding any additional services required during their visits, obtaining approval for additional work and the associated time required.
  • Inform customers about the readiness of their vehicles, the completed service tasks, and the final cost.
