Proven experience as Ansys Developer or similar role
Responsible for utilizing data and existing tools for the purpose of reporting, analytics, and dashboard development
Ad hoc data collation gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from varied sources; including external sources such as macro market trends, survey data, etc.
Gather, benchmark and asses key data/ metrics about employment trends, hiring, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, retention, and turnover rates. Identify best practices
Optimizing and implementing processes and systems, develop & maintain relevant documentation
Adhere to policies and procedures/ standards and guidelines for data management, data quality, and data analytics
