Field Sales Executive Job Description:

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for selling a company's products or services by actively engaging with potential customers in person and developing relationships to drive sales and revenue growth. This position is often an entry-level role suitable for freshers or those new to the field of sales

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Should have min 0-1 years of experience in Selling electronic products

  • Identify potential customers through market research, cold-calling, and networking.

  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Build and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with product or service offerings and industry trends.

  • Clearly communicate the features and benefits to potential customers.

  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Address client questions and objections effectively.

  • Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals.

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

  • Provide post-sale support and resolve customer issues or concerns.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in sales.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Basic computer skills for sales tracking and reporting.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

  • Training will be provided to equip you with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • A valid driver's license and access to transportation may be required for this role.

 

Education Background: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
