Field Sales Executive Job Description:
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for selling a company's products or services by actively engaging with potential customers in person and developing relationships to drive sales and revenue growth. This position is often an entry-level role suitable for freshers or those new to the field of sales
Roles and Responsibility:
Should have min 0-1 years of experience in Selling electronic products
Identify potential customers through market research, cold-calling, and networking.
Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Build and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
Stay up-to-date with product or service offerings and industry trends.
Clearly communicate the features and benefits to potential customers.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Address client questions and objections effectively.
Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Provide post-sale support and resolve customer issues or concerns.
